Hey, Hey, Hey everyone!
I figured it was about time to share a NEW recipe with you all that I have been enjoying through the week for the past 3 weeks(give or take). As some of you may know by looking at my Instagram(Supergirl91) or my Snapchat(Shefly22) I am a BIG fan of ONO(Overnight Oats).
They’re so quick, easy, and cheap to make! And, you can never go wrong when all three of those words are put together, right!?!
PLUS, I also decided to make a recipe video, since it has been FOR-EVER!
And, yeah, as always, a little bit of craziness is involved(SPIDER ALERT!)
I hope that you all enjoy this recipe! It’s full of protein, complex cards, healthy fats, vitamins, omega 3s, and calcium! MmmHmm!
The ingredients you’ll need…
Kayla’s Coconut ONO
3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1-2 tsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Coconut Extract(Optional)
Toppings to finish(I like to add Sunflower Butter with fruit on top of mine) 😉
Directions: Place all the ingredients in the jar, mix well, screw the lead back on, and place in fridge. Enjoy the next day warmed up or as is with toppings.
Note: I have not tried it with coconut extract, I’m sure it’d be good though and give it more of a coconut flavor!
