Health and wellness was something I didn’t do my whole life. Growing up, I enjoyed fast food, milkshakes, frozen meals, dessert almost every time I’d eat out, enjoyed eating meat, pizza nights, popcorn/candy and movies, and on and on and on. I didn’t workout when I was growing up either. When I turned 18, I decided to make a change in my health and eating. Exercise came in a bit later, when my mom lost a lot of weight by changing her lifestyle too. She was the one, that really lit the fire under my butt.

Now, through the years, I’ve been going through online schools to get certified in areas a long with getting in plenty of reading.

My journey through learning and gaining knowledge will never be over. I’ve been fascinated by the human body ever since I was in High School. I’ve learned so much about my body through the years, it’s likes and dislikes and what works for it and what doesn’t. I’m still figuring it out and always will be figuring it out. God created such an amazing masterpiece!

Exercise definitely keeps me sane.
